Sweet Shu Shu Has Been Orphaned and Needs a Home

This lovable darling, Shu Shu, has been tragically orphaned.  Her owner, my mother, passed away in February and she has sadly been left alone.  Shu Shu is about 10 years old, a long haired cat who was adopted from the street, and was always at my mother's side.  When my mother was sick in bed for almost a year, Shu Shu barely ever left her side.  She is absolutely the sweetest cat.  Very very nice disposition, very loyal and affectionate.  She had an injury about 3 years ago and hurt her leg; she underwent extensive surgeries and therapy, and is all healed and healthy now, though she does have a slight limp on her hind leg.

I really love Shu Shu and got very attached to her on my frequent visits to my mother.  Although I would love to have her, I live in New York and have 2 cats who, I am afraid, will not be most friendly to a third.  Also, I am afraid that the long trip from Israel to New York would be very hard on Shu Shu.  I want to give her a good home.  She would be ideal in a more quiet home, but she did live with two other cats in my mother's house.  (At any time my mother was taking care of many cats, so Shu Shu is not hostile to other cats -- but she was #1).

I would appreciate it so much if you could please help me find her a good home.
